The High Jewelry collection was named "Ondes et Merveilles", which means "Waves and Wonders". In the Ondes et Merveilles collection, Chaumet presented 69 luxurious pieces of jewelry that reflect the mystical connection with the water element. An exciting sea voyage is recreated with the help of amazing stones of shades of the sea wave. The collection consists of three themes: Waves in motion, Shores from above and A thousand and one sea dwellers.
The first chapter of Waves in motion consists of three sets that introduce the vast sea in motion: On the Water's Surface, Gulfstream and Breaking Wave. The highlight of this chapter are the monochromatic Déferlante jewels, gleaming with colorless diamonds, created by the Chaumet craftsmen using drawings from the Maison's archives. The Chaumet Déferlante tiara represents coastal waves rolling on the shore. The complex motif is skilfully embodied in white gold and 1600 colorless diamonds.
The Ports of Call, Golden Pebbles, and Under the Sun chapter XNUMX jewelry sets draw attention to the coastline between sea and land. Shining stones tell the story of life on the beach. The Ports of Call jewelery set majestically illustrates the art of color that the Maison holds dear. The Ports of Call necklace in white and rose gold pairs brick red spinels with Paraiba tourmalines and sapphires. Marquise-cut diamonds symbolize a boat on the quay.
Chapter XNUMX sets Mermaids' Song, Comets from the sea, Treasure Hunt and Inks are a ballad for those who travel by sea. Following the Maison's pearl tradition, these sets are an incredible collection of beautiful pearls of various shades in combination with colored gemstones. Chaumet transformed the symbols and totems tattooed on the body of the sailors into five sculpted Inks brooches paved with diamonds. Each Inks work is adorned with a unique hand engraving and Grand Feu enamel ornament. The brooches in this line are endowed with a hidden pendant, which allows you to easily turn them into a necklace.
