Kola Peninsula - rare stones from the edge of the White Silence

Rare stones from the edge of the White Silence. Kola Peninsula Ornamental

Have you noticed that the stones are similar to the places where they were "born"? Bright, iridescent opals are found on the most unusual, full of colors and eternal summer, mainland - Australia. The Ural Mountains, covered with a green carpet of forests, were famous for malachite... Northern stones are not as bright as those mined in hot Africa, their beauty is restrained and harsh, like the northern region.

On the Kola Peninsula, famous precious stones are mined, such as diamonds, garnet, amethyst, chrysolite. But of particular interest are rare minerals that are found only here.
