Review of men's watch Jacques Lemans Liverpool 1-1117DN

Wrist Watch

The Austrian company Jacques Lemans has been producing watches since 1975 and still remains true to its main rule - to produce quality watches at a reasonable price. The protagonist of our today's review, the Liverpool watch by Jacques Lemans, also reminds us of the observance of this rule.

Quartz watches Jacques Lemans 1-1117DN are liked from the very first seconds - this is facilitated by an elegant box in which the watch is delivered. Fingers slide over the surface, now it is already open, after which the quartz intelligentsia from Jacques Lemans looks at us, delighting with its classic look.

So, we put the watch on the wrist, what does it feel like? The most pleasant, we dare to assure! The watch case is made of stainless steel with a partial PVD coating, it is medium in size - 42 mm in diameter and 12 mm thick.

A leather strap with a nice white stitching securely holds the watch on your hand - unwanted movements of the case are completely excluded. The silver dial is protected by a tempered mineral glass, the hands and dial markers are easily read in the dark thanks to luminescent inserts.

A separate area of the dial is given to the calendar and chronograph - their indications are read unmistakably, the masters of Jacques Lemans were able to correctly place the counters and the number indicator in such a way that one does not interfere with the other. We must not forget that the owner of the watch can safely dive under water - water resistance up to 200 meters.

Calm emanates from Swiss wrist watches. They "do not scream" about themselves, they are quite elegant and quite practical. Yes, and they look, frankly, much more expensive than the amount assigned by the manufacturer. This is the case when quartz watches are close in appearance to mechanical ones. Another look at their cost to the end convinces that the Jacques Lemans company really knows how to produce high quality watches, while their price remains extremely reasonable.
