Oris Big Crown Pointer-Date Hölstein Edition 2021 - all the cool features

Wrist Watch

Oris presented the Hölstein Edition Chronograph, an unexpected novelty that featured extensive use of bronze (not only for the case, but also for the bracelet) and the appearance on the case back of the brand's symbol - a friendly bear.

The bear has become a symbol of communication and openness: his brand is used in the creation of a network of Oris collectors' and amateur clubs around the world. For each Oris Social Club, the bear receives a special costume. The bear was also familiar with the brand's unfolding Local Heroes campaign in the midst of the pandemic. This watch was first introduced in 1938 and featured an enlarged crown that could be operated while wearing pilot's gloves.

In the wake of the popularity of retro design, the Big Crown watches remain one of the brand's bestsellers today. In the Hölstein Edition 2021 format, it is a 38 mm steel model with a gray dial and a central date hand.

Inside the case there is another surprise for Oris fans: the new caliber 403. This automatic movement continues the series, which was the first to feature the Caliber 400. The company's own caliber boasts a 120-hour power reserve, a 10-year warranty and a recommended service interval of the same duration. ...
