In May 2021, the Finnish company Suunto, the world leader in precision sports wristwatches, unveiled its new flagship, the Suunto 9 Peak, in Helsinki, the most powerful and thinnest watch in the brand's history, with unparalleled durability. A bit of prehistory
In 1933, the Finn Tuomas Vohlonen invented the compass, the body of which is filled with a viscous liquid. In 1935, the device was patented, and from 1936 its serial production began. At the same time, Suunto was officially founded. Color solutions inspired by the nature of Suomi adequately reflect all these names, but in general the design is distinguished by a characteristic Scandinavian style - restrained and full of dignity.

Automatic LED mode is provided. backlight display. There is a display of the remaining battery charge; its full value reaches 25 hours of operation with the highest GPS accuracy and 170 hours in the "Travel" mode, and in the "time only" mode - 14 days.
