Wristwatch BALL Watch Trainmaster Standard GMT

Wrist Watch

The latest release from Swiss brand BALL Watch, dubbed the Trainmaster Standard GMT, pays tribute to its founder and his legacy. When standard time was introduced in 1883, Ball was the first jeweler to use time signals. The Kipton railway disaster of 1891 prompted Lakeside Railway officials to approach Ball with a mandate to develop a system for monitoring the line's clocks to ensure maximum accuracy and synchronicity. Thanks to the Ball system, railway clocks began to be used as a standard wherever high accuracy was required.

It was in honor of this event that a limited edition vintage-style watch with excellent technical characteristics was created.

The BALL Watch Trainmaster Standard GMT is housed in a 40mm stainless steel case and features an elegant enamel dial. Let's pay attention to the automatic caliber BALL RR1201-C (certified by COSC) and the famous tritium backlight (15 gas microtubes on the hour, minute hands and on the dial allow you to see the time even in complete darkness).
A total of 999 products will be produced!

The cost of the BALL Watch Trainmaster Standard GMT is €2.
