The new Breitlings are dedicated to the Boeing 747, nicknamed Jumbo Jet (“huge plane”), which first took to the skies in 1969, which at that time was the largest and most spacious passenger airliner. The Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43 Boeing 747 is produced in a limited edition of 747 pieces.
The colors of the dial (cream background with black counters and red and white slide rule with blue accents) reproduce the palette of the original Boeing 747.
At 12 o'clock there is the logo of the AOPA Pilots and Aircraft Owners Association (Navitimer was the association's official chronograph), at 6 o'clock there is a date window. The 43 x 13,69 mm steel case is available on a black alligator leather strap or on a metal bracelet. The Breitling 01 caliber with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours is visible behind the open case back.
In watches dedicated to aviation, it is better not to go into the water: water resistance is 30 meters.
