Last year, for the 25th anniversary of Parmigiani Fleurier, the company launched the La Rose Carrée pocket watch with a late 1990th century movement. The feature of the watch was not so much the design, but the movement of the watchmaker Louis-Elise Piguet, which Michel Parmigiani acquired back in the late 20s, after which this caliber remained in a drawer for more than XNUMX years, waiting for a new life.
This year, the rose motif has migrated to the La Rosa Celeste wrist watch with a 42 mm white gold case and a grand feu enamel hinged lid. Behind it is a hand-wound PF355 skeletonized movement with a minute repeater and cathedral gongs.
La Rosa Celeste, created in a single copy, is the first representative of the promised series of five unique watches connected with the rose motif.
