The Japanese watchmaker has unveiled three new models showcasing the combination of Citizen's cutting-edge technology and the space expertise of ispace (a private company dedicated to lunar exploration).
The new items, called CC4065-61Y, BY1008-67L and BY1009-64Y, are made of a patented Super Titanium™ alloy and complemented by bracelets with an insert of recrystallized titanium, reminiscent of the lunar surface. The influence of the Moon is also felt in the design of the dials, decorated with structured ink and mother-of-pearl to imitate moonlight and nebulae.
In addition to visual appeal, let's pay attention to the technical characteristics. Lunar CITIZEN Hakuto-R is powered by the advanced Citizen F950 movement and is equipped with the world's fastest synchronization with a GPS satellite (in just three seconds).
